V. Breast prosthesis last for life.

This is my favourite. I should have put this one first. Breast prosthesis do not last a lifetime as there is nothing that is manmade that lasts for life. What’s more, even life has an expiry date. Everything is subjected to deterioration, the loss of characteristics and the fact that time withers everything. Breast prosthesis last a long time, a long long time, but at some point they have to be changed, removed or whatever needs to be done. Also, prosthesis cannot be repaired.

VI. Last but not least a NON-MYTH: Plastic surgery is cheaper abroad.

This is true and it is also good quality. It is not worse than here. Plastic surgery in Rumania is cheaper than in Madrid. It is cheaper in Guayaquil, than in Barcelona. It is cheaper in Cartagena de Indias than in Valencia. Just like coffee, McDonalds, taxis, petrol, taxes, social security, social rights, pensions, the standard of life, wages, surcharges, deductions, VAT, clothes, electricity, disability benefits, widows pension, free public health care for those who don’t pay for it, transport for pensioners, the Ave, terminal 4 at Barajas, the remodelling of Atocha, free school dinners, school transport, motorways, tarmacked streets, the new terminal at El Altet airport, the National Police, school concerts, the conservatory of Benidorm , the youth card, the Complutense University, etc etc,etc,etc,etc,etc.
