The natural breast enlargement, that may not be what the patient originally has in mind, in my opinion is a breast enlargement with a series of characteristics.

Firstly, the volume chosen needs to be what the patient decides. If we dont attend the patients wishes, we wont obtain our objective, which is recisely to satisfy the needs of our patients. But the issue with the olume has its problems. In the first place because not everything is possible nor feasible.

Breast enlargement involves inserting an implant, that primarily has to fit in the patients body, its size must be compatible with what the tissues are able to stretch to and also the width and height of the chest must be considered. Here is where there is a lot of effort put in to make studies, impossible measurements, mathmatic formulas that i have learnt and used, but after hundreds of surgeries, the truth is that although those studies are good and useful, experience is everything, because this profession has a lot of art and taste.

On the other hand, the shape of the breast is determinant. Not everyone wants round implants nor does everyone like the anatomical implants. One thing that is for sure, is that a breast in the shape of a ball is not natural, no matter how you look at it.
