Breasts that are empty and droopy are one of the consequences due to the passage of time for a woman, age, pregnancies, breastfeeding, loss of weight or lack of exercise. This cause makes for comments like one patient said to me and i will never forget “Doctor, I have sad breasts”.

How to improve this, well, first we need to see how much excess skin there is, the quality of such skin, how much volume the patient desires and if we can solve this without doing a breast lift with skin removal, as this tends to leave scarring.

Today we are showing a patients case where we have done everything possible so that, having droopy breasts and excess skin, by only inserting an implant we have solved the problem, and with no visible scars.
