One of the most requested treatments that all surgeons receive is to change implants. The reason for this consultation in particular, was that the patient wanted a larger size. She was operated on by us, some years ago, with anatomical implants. She wanted more volume. Also more volume in the upper area, which is why she asked for round implants. So thats what we did.

The photographs are ilustrative and the larger volume is evident, but what may be even more evident is that the round implants distend from the upper area.
