Aesthetic prevention and how to age better

Ageing is inevitable. And I would even say that it’s good. Just like being born, growing, developing, and creating a family, securing yourself in a job, maturing and ageing. It forms part of the game.

Society implies that 40 is the new 30, 50 the new 40. We want to do more things, travel more, live more, enjoy more, feel more and have more experiences. And this translated into our language means that deep down what we want is to age slower. Or at least we want it to be less noticeable.

We have to reduce or minimise the signs of ageing, but naturally. Because it is not natural to have the lips of a 20 year old when you are 60. It’s not only unnatural it’s ugly.

I want my patients to have the lips of a 60 year old when they are 60, but nice ones. That they have wrinkles but smoother ones. That they have less wrinkles but that they have some. That they are themselves, but their best version. Wedding day beautiful, every day. Feeling a million dollars every day.
