This is a very interesting case. This patient underwent a bariatric surgery, many years ago. She consulted many centers before coming to us, all of them had proposed implants. She was not keen on the procedure of having implants inserted.

We proposed an alternative. To make with what she had, be it a little or a lot, a chest. Reconstruct the structures that she had, and with those generate a chest. This way, as we explained on that day, that without an implant, the breast would stay more elevated, during longer, that she would not have to worry about further operations in the future nor the follow up revisiones due to implants. The patient accepted and I think we acheived a good balance between benefits and any early or later risks.
