The breast augmentation is a classic. I think that anyone who is interested in having a breast augmentation, knows all about it. Well they will have lots of information and think they know whats best, but many times its only Dr Google who has given this information, but Dr Google wont be performing the surgery. It will be done by a professional.

Here is where you see the knowledge of an experienced surgeon. I like to insist on two things. Firstly, that the implants DONT LAST A LIFETIME. Efectively, in the end they all fail and if your are 20 years old and you are going to have surgery, be aware that you will need to repeat it at least 3 more times in your life.

The second thing I like to say is, please dont ask for huge implants. You need something that matches the rest of your body. Less is more, as the larger the implants the more the breasts sag with the weight, its also more likely that the implants can break, there are more capsular contractures, they cause pain as time goes on.

Obviously you arent going to have an operation where you cant see the difference. But, always let yourself be guided by the criteria of your surgeon who only wants the best for you. Remember, your body is not the one you see on Instagram, the result will depend a huge amount on who you are.
