One of the operations that most patients are afraid of, is all thats involved on their face. When they come to ask for eyelid surgery they always ask “will it look ok?” “ will anyone notice anything strange?”

And many strange things have been seen. The patients are right. The bad surgery consecuences are sometimes more seen than the good outcomes which are actually the vast majority. I always say we cross hundreds of people in the street, many of whom have had plastic surgery, but we only notice the ones with exagerated results. The perfect example is with lip enlargements, some are terrible!!

This patients case, of whom I greatly appreciate, is of a complete blefaroplasty. Which is retouching the upper and lower eyelids. Avoiding any signs that would make us think that she had been operated. Simply a refreshed look.
