On this occasion, we present you with the treatment we have proceeded to do to a patient who presented us with a serious capsular contracture.
The patient had a very clear deformity of both breasts since several years ago. Both implants broken. Both implants deformed the aspect of the breast and the patient suffered pain even when resting. We decided to use the previous scar to open up and remove both implants, remove the hardened capsular and place the new implants, but instead of in a subglandular position as before, we opted for a subpectoral position.
